Siamo Recruitment are currently working with their large client based in Colwyn Bay who is looking to appoint a temporary Finance Assistant for an initial 3 month temporary assignment.
As it stands you will be required to work from home where you will be working as part of a finance team supporting with financial duties in accordance with procedures to provide a high standard and comprehensive range of financial services for the department.
Duties will include be not be limited to:
- Raising and processing purchase requisitions, checking correct authorisation.
- Processing payments
- Resolve supplier queries promptly and professionally
- Assist in the safe receipt, handling and issuing of cash and valuables and the reconciliation of transactions.
The client requires an individual who:
- Has experience of working within a finance environment
- Is able to work remotely under minimal supervision
- Has experience of processing high volumes of invoices
