Our client, a large public sector organisation based in Conwy are looking for an experienced Administrator who has had exposure to minute taking in the past.
This position will require using the internal client database to carry out searches, data entry and scanning & attaching documents to relevant client records.
The client requires someone who is methodical and organised and can work to defined timescales to ensure our systems are up to date and accurate. There may also be a requirement to take minutes at some meeting.
The duties will also include:
- Diary management
- Typing, scanning
- General administrative duties
- Working to statutory timescales
