The process is simply:
When you have given us your vacancy and you have agreed the online advertising campaign we will email you a unique log in password to enable you to access the client portal.
Over your 28 days recruitment campaign we will select 'suitable' applicants and they will be placed in your portal and will be fully visible to you. We will email you to let you know each time a new candidate is selected.
From here you can view, manage and rank all of your candidates even arrange interviews and make an offer.
Remember you can select and hire as many candidates as you like throughout your campaign without any additional charges.
